Add Sync Table History area

When the users dynamically add a synchronization table from the Sync Table List, the users can view its progress and history on that tab.

Item	Description
Update Time	The time when the status was updated.
Source	Source DB's Schema.Table.
Target	Target DB's Schema.Table.
Progress	The progress of adding dynamic synchronization table as a percentage.
Status	The progress message of adding dynamic synchronization table. If status is red, an error occurred at that step and the synchronization table addition failed.
