모든 열을 캐시에 저장하고, 데이터베이스와의 연결을 유지하지 않도록 구현된 Row Set의 한 형태이다. tbJDBC에서는 현재 이 Row Set만 제공한다.

TAC를 구성하는 모듈 중 하나로 기존의 Wlock이 클러스터 내에서 동작할 수 있도록 구현된 것이다.
